Recently, my wife was on a diet while watching a video site. The female trainer appearing in the uploaded video is named Mizuki and appears to be opening a personal gym. My wife and I will go to the gym to try it out. Mr. Mizuki seemed to be managing the gym alone, and he wholeheartedly guided the training. However, I tried to keep my wits about me because of my exposed chest and the strange feeling. Mr. Mizuki made an interesting suggestion that there was a separate lesson for me.
